What Others Are Saying

“Health care should have done this years ago.

Medical professionals should all be starting on the same page…

Yours.”

MaryKay S

Registered Nurse, Major Academic Center

Since pharmacies accept many price plans,  Interlock Health helps patients find the best price plan.

And if the prescription is written using the Interlock Health application, it can all happen automatically for the patient.

Kerry C

Registered Nurse, Major Academic Center

“Cross continuum care – Interlock Health invented the concept!  They created a secured medication list that works across the continuum of care – and I can prescribe directly to it.

Using it gives me the feeling I’m providing the best care available.”

David Z, MD

Emergency Physician, Major Academic Center

HealthCard (Patient)

Our philosphy emerged from the Emergency Department, where all receive care regardless of their ability to pay.  We expect the Basic subscription to remain free in perpetuity.  These subscriptions are supported by paid subscriptions and referral fees.

The HealthCard is a patient's medication list, plus.  Any medical professional can prescribe directly to it, and it's designed to securely store and convey additional medical records as cross-continuum care becomes the norm.

Because pharmacies accept many price plans,  Interlock Health helps patients find the best price plan. And if the prescription is written using PreScript, it can all happen automatically for the patient.

Upgrades include drug-drug interaction checking, the record viewer, and medication reminders (coming soon).

The entire system is designed to preserve the privacy of your personal health information.

PreScript

(Medical Professionals)

PreScript is a medication list, plus.

  • it works across the continuum of care
  • you can prescribe directly to it
  • it’s designed to securely convey additional medical records as cross-continuum care becomes the norm.

Also…because pharmacies accept many price plans,  Interlock Health helps patients find the best price plan. And if the prescription is written using PreScript, it can all happen automatically for the patient.

The entire solution is HIPAA-compliant.

For Medical Professionals

For too long, non-clinical decision-makers have defined the continuum of care as an office, a hospital, or an EHR vendor.

Patients have a different understanding of their continuum of care.  Whose definition should we be using?

Interlock Health has created a secured medication list that goes with the patient across the continuum of care – and you can prescribe directly to it!

HealthDesk

(Clinics / Hospitals)

As clinics are used to organize care environments, the HealthDesk role helps clinic participants – patients, players, administrators – enjoy a well-organized secure data-sharing environment.

Enhanced registration unburdens registration personnel – creating a streamlined process that is requires less personnel / time.

Customized registration, included with a Gold-level subscription, allows organizations to better define the registration process to their unique situation and needs. E-prescribing of controlled substances is included in the subscription rate for each medical professional at each clinic with a HealthDesk Gold subscriptions

The entire solution is HIPAA-compliant.
